Woodcraft center is an amazing place led by Yohanan, that allow the unexperienced (as well as experienced) learn how to work and build wood furniture, tools and decorations.
The workshop is opened for you to come during the very flexible hours, Yohanan is always there to guide and help, with so much patience that it is an extremely unique experience.
I built a small coffee table, with no experience at all. Other people built amazing things such as opened dining table, baby cradle, rocking chair and many more.

Oh, what a joy! small place inside a neighborhood that doesn't reveal the excellent dishes that arrive to your table. This place has amazing, fresh, unique dishes. It's not trying to be fancy or pretentious, it's just very good, very special and not expensive.
Many times we're going high end restaurants, with pricy dishes and luxurious venues, and we always compare to Shoshana, since in terms of value for your money - it's on the top.

Every time we're in Acres, we come back to this restaurant which is located at the edge of the market. The Knafeh there is the rolled type, with perfect cheese and not too sweet. It is not cheap on the butter/ghee though, so come prepared :)
The service is always excellent and welcoming so go pay a visit, eat Knafeh, and enjoy life :)

Shirel Berger, Opa's amazing, talented, one of a kind chef is creating extraordinary dishes made out of vegetables and fruits only. The tastes are nothing you ever experienced, and the big problem is that after a visit in this restaurant, a lot of the other restaurants you'll visit will feel banal.
The kitchen is working amazingly quiet and efficient - it was a pleasure to watch them work, coordinate and provide a pleasant and presumptuousness service. Opa is a must visit for every foody. Take the tasting menu to get 11 dishes (changing every season)
